HOTEL POLICIES & TERMS
These policies apply to Hotel Alexander and Arch + Cable Hotel. By booking or staying at either property, guests agree to the following terms and conditions.
CANCELLATION
Guests may cancel 48 hours before check-in, local hotel time, for a full refund. Cancellations after this period are subject to charges equal to one night's stay, including any applicable taxes and fees. In the event of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.
TERMS + CONDITIONS
Guests must be 21 years of age or older at the time of check-in. Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed, and the room may be reassigned. Valid payment and identification may be required at check-in.
PETS POLICY
Hotel Alexander and Arch + Cable are proudly dog-friendly, and we welcome well-behaved dogs to join your stay.
Unauthorized pets are strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fee
Dogs must be accompanied at all times while on hotel property
Dogs must remain on a leash when outside of the guest room
Prior authorization is required before leaving pets unattended in rooms
Guests are responsible for their pet's behavior and any damages caused
If a pet is disruptive or any portion of this policy is violated, the guest and pet may be asked to vacate the premises without refund.
*Verified service animals are always welcome in compliance with ADA regulations.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-In: 4:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Guests will receive a key code before arrival for the main doors and the guest room.
Staff will be available during lobby hours:
Sunday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Friday–Saturday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
After-hours assistance is available via phone.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
Hotel Alexander and Arch + Cable are 100% non-smoking properties.
This includes:
Cigarettes
Cigars
Marijuana
Vapes
Vaporizers
Vape pens
Hookah pens
E-cigarettes
E-pipes
Any electronic smoking devices
Any smoking in guest rooms or strong lingering smoking odors will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Additional fees may apply if room remediation or out-of-order time is required.
GENERAL DAMAGES & EXCESSIVE CLEANING
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property, furnishings, linens, or equipment during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for:
Property damage
Missing items
Excessive cleaning
Unauthorized late checkout
Policy violations
Excessive cleaning may include, but is not limited to:
Bodily fluids or biohazard cleanup
Blood, vomit, or bodily waste
Excessive trash or debris
Strong odors requiring deep cleaning
Stains or damage to furniture, linens, or flooring
Unauthorized parties or events
A Biohazard or excessive cleaning fee of up to $500 may be assessed depending on severity and professional cleaning requirements.
Guests may also be charged for:
Replacement costs
Labor costs
Professional cleaning services
Out-of-service room revenue loss
All charges will be assessed at market value.
GUEST SAFETY & PRIVACY
As part of our commitment to guest safety:
Employees will not disclose the identity, room number, or presence of any guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement.
Guests are responsible for communicating their room information to anyone they wish to receive calls or visits from.
RESERVATION RIGHTS
Hotel Alexander and Arch + Cable reserve the right to:
Modify or cancel reservations
Refuse service
Remove guests violating policies
Charge for damages or violations
Full payment may be required prior to or during the reservation.
Failure to follow hotel policies may result in removal from the property without refund.
RESPECTFUL STAY POLICY
We want you to enjoy your stay and ask all guests to:
Respect quiet hours
Respect other guests
Respect hotel property
Follow all hotel policies
Guests violating these standards may be asked to leave without a refund.
